We have an on-Site janitorial team that on occasion maintains our carpet and upholstery. Why should we choose Floor Innovations?

We don’t compete with your facility’s custodial team. We work with them to enhance the appearance of your workspace. Oftentimes, property custodians do not have the equipment, chemicals, or time to restore your carpet, upholstery, or hard surfaces the way that we do. We give results that last, and we use sustainable technology and Green Seal-certified chemistry that is tough yet gentle on your architectural finishes and the environment. Will a Floor Innovations maintenance program affect the manufacturer’s warranty?

No. We work with manufacturers nationally, and we guarantee that your warranties remain intact throughout the duration of our maintenance program. Any questions or concerns that you may have about your carpet’s warranty can be answered directly by one of our account managers.

Are all of your technicians certified?

Yes. Each of our technicians is IICRC-certified and has ample experience in the field and receives in-house training and instruction on the specifications of your space prior to conducting service. They are our brand ambassadors and backbone of our organization.

Do you charge extra for after business hours?

No. In fact, our work is typically performed after business hours when your clients and customers are not onsite. This allows our technicians to fully address the site and attend to problem areas without you having to worry about our service interrupting your day-to-day business. We work around your schedule to make it both convenient and conducive to your operations.

How frequently should our facility’s carpet be cleaned?

We work with you or your facility manager(s) to plan and outline a schedule that makes sense for you. Whether it is quarterly, monthly, or on a week-to-week basis, we have the capability and know-how to get the job done efficiently each time.

How long will the product last?

Our consultants will conduct an onsite visit with you to review the current state of your carpet and architectural finishes. We clean, restore, and refurbish all areas as designated in a maintenance program and in accordance with your facility’s needs. We promise to leave your space looking like-new and guarantee a follow-up cleaning if anything does not meet your expectations.

How can I maintain the appearance after service?

The wear and tear of your carpet and architectural finishes is commonly due to surface-aging and foot traffic. Our consultants can review basic practices and procedures with you in order to mitigate these effects, and our technicians will give your space a lasting, healthy appearance.
