Corey Lawson-Enos

Corey Lawson-Enos, company shareholder and Controller, is the focal point for all things financial and administrative at Floor Innovations. A wizard with data and details, his sharp eye ensures that all customer projects close successfully, and that all billing and reporting is delivered with the utmost accuracy. Have a question? If he can’t answer it, he’ll make sure you don’t wait long before getting one. An East Bay, California native, Corey gladly abandoned suntans and surf to study at the University of Chicago, from whence he fell in love with The City That Works—“Chiberia”—the heart of American winter, making it his adopted home.

Randall Noble, Jr.

Randall Noble, Jr. is the Operations Manager at Floor Innovations. With more than twenty years of experience in the carpet installation and maintenance industry, Randall plays a key role in hiring, training, and supervising our technicians. He brings his expertise and knowledge to bear on research and product development and assists our clients with on-site demos and consultation. Randall is our vehicle and equipment procurement officer, and he helps facilitate seamless service in the field. He is the proud owner of a 1964 Grand Prix, and in his free time enjoys repairing American vintage and muscle cars.

Drew Bishop

I’m proud to have been a “solutionist” for the past six years at milliCare by Floor Innovations. My clients include Fortune 500 and Crain’s List companies, educational facilities, as well as retail environments. My work takes me to many different places across Chicagoland and allows me to connect with people whose professional responsibilities are critically important to a facility’s operations, but are too often hidden “behind the scenes.” I take pride in providing consultation and creating realistic, proactive solutions for my clients that maximize the ROI for what we service. I am a proud father to my little girl Stella and have been married to my amazing wife for six years. When I’m off the clock, I love spending time brewing beer, Frisbee golfing, as well as enjoying the outdoors with my family and friends!

Shane McGinley Clauser

Shane is the Finance and Marketing Director at Floor Innovations’ headquarters in Chicago, where he designs and implements communication campaigns, among other sales and marketing projects. He also lends financial and administrative oversight to the company’s Accounting Department. Clauser was brought onto the FI team to advance creative business strategy and growth. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. from Northwestern University and his B.A. from Lafayette College. Prior to moving to Chicago, he worked on Wall Street as a sales trader for a broker-dealer on the NYSE. He is an avid traveler and writer and enjoys speaking the Spanish and French languages.
